Tech After-Hours Spike: Arris & Mattson (ARRS, MTSN)

Arris Corp. (NASDAQ: ARRS) and Mattson Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: MTSN) are both trading lower in after-hours trading today.  The culprit on each is an earnings warning.
