Cogent Communications (CCOI) Bleeds

Cogent Communications (CCOI) is off 33% to $7.48 at 9.41 AM. Volume has shot up to 3 million shares. The stock well below its 52-week high of $30.16.

Cogent said it now expects a 2008 loss of 50 cents to 60 cents per share, instead of its previous estimate of a loss of 20 cent to 30 cents per share.
