One of the few bright spots this morning is ADC Telecommunications Inc. (ADCT). Its earnings last night came in at $0.27 non-GAAP EPS versus $0.26 estimates. Unfortunately it also lowered its sales targets on weakening telecom equipment orders fvrom telecomunication and data carrier operators.
