Noble International, Ltd. (NASDAQ: NOBL) was the worst blow seen up so far.  Shares are down by more than 50% to $0.83 after a dismal report and outlook for earnings last night.  This is a new 52-week under the prior $1.09 low, but is down almost 95%  from its most recent 52-week highs above $19.00.

The company provides laser-welded blanks, tubular products, and roll-formed products for the automotive industry.  Do you need to hear any more?
