Level 3 Hits Sub-$1.00… Again (LVLT)

Level 3 Communications (NASDAQ: LVLT) is truly sucking wind this morning.  Shares are down 7% at $0.99 on over 6 million shares at 10:09 AM ESt.  The average daily volume is almost 28 million shares.

It seems that we aren’t alone in our concerns about its recent filing and abilities to raise cash.  Shares gave back almost half of the entire fighting-back gains yesterday.
