Western Refining Inc. (NYSE: WNR) is Surging this morning… Shares are up over 15% at $8.38 on over 250,000 shares as of 9:48 AM EST.  This is on earnings and full details are at 24/7 Wall St.

This is an interesting spot here.  Shares are up nearly double from lows, but the stock is still down about 75% from its highs.
