Price/Volume Alert: Marvell Tech (MRVL, BRCM)

Marvell Technology Group, Ltd. (NASDAQ: MRVL) just got slapped after earnings came  to a loss for the quarter.  Shares closed at $11.69 and are trading at $11.09, down 5.13% on some 664,778 shares after the closing bell as of 4:33 PM EST.

Marvell is close enough of a competitor to Broadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM) that even Broadcom is lower by almost 1.5% at $24.80 at the same time in the after-hours session.
