Ista Pharmaceutical Inc. (Nasdaq: ISTA) shares are up about 5% as of 1:45 p.m. Eastern on more than two times normal volume, and breaking to a new 52-week high.

The move comes after the FDA did not find any serious safety problems with the company’s proposed Bepreve allergy eye drops, which is supposed to have fewer side effects than other products on the market.
