Volume Alert: Caraco Labs (CPD)

Caraco Pharma Labs (AMEX: CPD) shares have been cut roughly in half on a late-session volume spike. The stock is trading at more than 1.5 times normal volume after Reuters reported that marshals have seized drug products manufactured at its Michigan plants, including generic heart, pain and psychiatric medications, due to potential manufacturing standards violations. — Mike Tarsala
