PREMARKET ALERT: BPZ Resouces (BPZ)

BPZ Resources Inc. (NYSE: BPZ) share rose more than 7 percent, above $4.90 in after-hours trading, after the oil and gas exploration and production company announced a $70 million revolving credit line. It is expected to be used to meet capital expenditure requirements for development projects in Peru. — Mike Tarsala
