Cal-Maine Foods Inc. (Nasdaq: CALM) shares are down more than 10 percent to $17.01 on premarket volume of about 1,700 shares as of 8:20 a.m. Eastern. The egg producer posted EPS of 43 cents a share, vs. analyst expectations of $1.13. Revenue fellĀ  percent from a year earlier to $213.6 million, vs analyst expectations of $239.8 million. The company said results reflect lower egg prices than a year earlier, with feed costs that are declining, but still high historically — Mike Tarsala
