Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CHKP) shares are up more than 3 percent to $25.74 on active premarket trading of more than 27,000 shares. The company reported EPS of 48 cents a share, 2 cents better than analyst expectations. Revenues rose 12.0% vs. the same quarter a year earlier to $223.6 million, above consensus of $219.6 million — Mike Tarsala
