PREMARKET ALERT: SanDisk (SNDK)

SanDisk Corp. (Nasdaq: SNDK) shares are up about 2.5 percent to $14.85 on nearly 10,000 shares traded. Thomas Weisel this morning upgraded the stock to an Overweight from a Market Weight rating.
