QLogic Corp. (Nasdaq: QLGC) shares fell 6 percent to $13.23 after hours, on volume of more than 200,000 shares, and are ones to watch for a potential volume spike lower this morning. The networking equipment company posted fiscal Q1 EPS last night of 20 cents a share ex items, beating analyst expectations by 2 cents a share. The company posted revenue of $122.8 million, missing expectations of $125 million. But the company said it was pleased with the stability it saw in sales of host and network products. It also reported signs of business stabilization, based on trends seen from OEM customers — Mike Tarsala.
