VOLLUME ALERT: iRobot (IRBT)

iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) shares are down about 10 percent to $11.39 on nearly two times average daily volume, with more than 100,000 shares changing hands as of 11 a.m. Eastern. The company beat second-quarter earnings expectations, but guided third-quarter revenue below analyst consensus. The stock was downgraded to Sell at Dougherty & Company with a $9 target, based on a weakened outlook for military robots. — Mike Tarsala
