VOLUME ALERT: Genzyme (GENZ)

Genzyme (Nasdaq: GENZ) shares are down more than 6 percent to $52.45 on more than two times average volume as of 1 p.m. Eastern. The company said the FDA told the company late Thursday that it will re-inspect the company’s Allston Landing manufacturing facility.
