SonoSite Inc. (Nasdaq: SONO) shares are up more than 8 percent to $23.95 on above-average volume of more than 180,000 shares as of 12:30 a.m. Eastern. The stock was started with an Outperform rating at Boenning & Scattergood; with a target of $26.50,  due to 37 percent compound annual growth, and a potential uptick in hospital spending in the fourth quarter.
