AMD Surges Higher (AMD)

Advanced Micro Devices (NYSE: AMD) is rocketing higher this morning.  At 8:29 AM EST, AMD is trading up about 5% at $3.90 on over 250,000 shares this morning after it was raised to BUY at Citigroup.  The note gives a 45% discount to peers in its valuation call. Average volume is 20 million shares and its 52-week high is $6.47. -JON C. OGG
