Big Mover in Regions Financial (RF)

Regions Financial (NYSE: RF)  is up over 8% at $5.24 on 200,000 shares as of 8:21 AM EST. This trades 50 million shares a day now because of its low price, but short seller and hedge fund operator John Paulson disclosed a long stake as of June 30 and this has shares in favor.
