Guaranty Financial Group Finds More Pressure (GFG)

Guaranty Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: GFG) appears busted  as regulators are hoping for bids today  from TD, JPMorgan, private equity firms, and others.  Shares are down 22% at $0.38 this morning on 200,000 shares as of 8:31 AM EST.  This trades over 6 million shares a day, so expect heavy volume as the open gets closer and closer. -JON OGG
