Volume Spike Investor

USEC Inc. (NYSE: USU) is still fairly thin volume considering the news, but we would expect it to be among the mors active issues after the Department of Energy said it would delay its final decision to give the company time to meet test and financial goals over its government loan guarantee.  This is not a resolution, but does mean it still has hope. As of 8:28 AM EST we have seen 22,000 shares trade hands and the last trade was $4.91.  Average volume is around 4 million shares, and we would expect that to be hit in the first hour and a half of trading.   -JON OGG
