Hercules OffShore (HERO) is trading off by 11% to $5.58 against a 52-week high of $18.09.
Hercules Offshore forecast third-quarter revenue of $155 million to $160 million, below what analysts have been expecting. The company was forecsast to do over $165.
Hercules also said it would offer up to 17.5 million shares of stock.
