ACS (ACS) Up Over 20% On Xerox (XRX) Buy-Out

ACS (ACS) is being bought by Xerox (XRX) for $6.4 billion in cash and stock, an extraordinary deal for ACS shareholders

ACS stock is up 21% to $57.25, almost $5 above its 52-week high.

Xerox shares are down almost 10% to $8.17 on the other hand
