Volume Spike Investor

SPDR Gold Shares (NYSE: GLD) is rarely the top pre-market mover in ETF trading activity outside of the few top volume ETF and ETN stocks….. But $1,000 gold is rare as well.  So far this is up 1.2% at $98.68 on over 1.4 million shares as of 9:14 AM EST.  Average volume is 10.3 million shares and $98.99 is technically the old 52-week high.  As a reminder, while the goal here is to be 10% of the price of gold, the management fees and trust fees keep this one at a dsicount in price. Also, this does have options on it that are very very active. -JON OGG
