Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) surged to above $200 in the after-hours session last night after it significantly beat its earnings and revenues estimates and after it raised guidance.  The shares rose to $202.40, a gain of 6.60% on some 9,436,142 shares in the after-hours session.  We saw an after-hours chart that showed some traders paid as much as around $204.00.  At 8:17 AM EST we have seen only about 600,000 shares trade hands and the stock is trading up about 6.5% from the $189.96 close at $202.33.  Be advised that the all-time highs were put in at $202.96 in DECEMBER-2007 and it traded as high as $200.26 in JANUARY-2008 before it gave up literally half its value over the next year. -JON OGG
