Vonage Holdings Corporation (NYSE: VG) is getting hit hard after posting a loss of -$0.33 EPS on revenues of $221.5 million.  It actually had non-GAAP earnings that were positive at $0.03 EPS and average revenue per user was $29.89.  Subscriber line acquisition cost was $301 compared to $272 in the prior year and down from $363 sequentially. Revenues were a slight decline year over year and its churn was 3.2%.  Shares are down some 11% at $1.58 on over 700,000 shares as of 8:27 AM EST.  Today will be a very active day and its 13 million shares should be hit. -JON OGG
