Netlist Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) is getting hammered.  This was one of the top downside movers last night with a 24% drop to $4.34 on 931,000 shares after a lawsuit was filed by a group called Inphi for patent infringement.  Netlist says the suit is without merit and will defend itself, but this is a dark cloud over a company that had a gain of more than 500% last month.  This morning at 8:16 AM EST shares are down 16.1% at $4.83 on 215,000 shares.
