Trade Alerts in Apple (AAPL)

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ: AAPL) was given a sell signal on Friday from INO’s Adam Hewison, one of our affiliates, with a full audio-video presentation.  This is technically an “exit long positions” more than a short sell alert, but many will take it the same.

What is interesting here is now it looks like AAPL stock options are getting much more movement as investors are using the stock options as a “cheap way to get exposure” to Apple’s price moves.  There were some December call options that traded more than the open interest with over 115,000 DEC-CALL contracts traded Friday.  There were almost 100,000 DEC-PUTS traded on Friday as well.

Lastly, Apple closed under its 50-day moving average of $195.42 on Friday.  That is the first time since April according to the chart.
