Netlist Presentation Hopes (NLST)

Netlist Inc. (NASDAQ: NLST) has become a cloud computing name that is synonymous with volatility for traders.  This morning came a release that the company’s CEO C.K. Hong will make an investor presentation at the Needham 12th Annual Growth Stock Conference on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 2:30 PM EST.  This apparently has traders excited about all new rounds of data that could or may come from the company.  At 8:24 AM EST we have seen over 62,000 shares trade hands and the stock is up almost 7% at $5.55 in the pre-market trading.  The 52-week trading range is $0.11 to $7.98 and the average volume is now up to over 3.5 million shares.  Keep in mind that the pre-pop market cap was still only $101 million.
