Goldman Sachs decided that potash and fertilizer is valued richly enough for now.  The bulge bracket brokerage firm downgraded Mosaic Co. Chip stocks are almost all trading higher this morning after Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) and Linear Technology Corp.
