Arc Sight Skyrockets On News Of HP Acquisition

Arc Sight, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARST) is up 24.73% at 8:35 AM EST this morning to $43.78 on news that they company will be bought by Hewlett-Packard Co. for a total of $1.5 billion in cash, or $43.50 a share.  The company has also traded 1,429,342 shares this in premarket trading, compared with the average of 642,434 shares.  This move comes during a 52-week range of $17.51 to $39.74.

Arc Sight, Inc. is a cyber security firm.
