IMAX Corp. (NASDAQ: IMAX) shares are up about 10% in premarket trading after the company announced that Roth Capital, the underwriter of its recent stock offering, has exercised an option to buy 1.47 million common shares at $7.15 a share, as part of an over-allotment option.
