(Nasdaq: SBUX) shares are up about 2% on fairly strong premarket volumes after analysts at Robert Baird upgraded the shares to an Outperform rating, raising their price target to $17 from $15. Analysts noted that industry traffic has improved over the past three months and that the company continues to make cost cuts.
